Two to three vanloads of riot cops with doors open are reported to be circling the Ramsey County Jail vigil, where people have congregated to protest the detainees and the crackdown on freedom of speech. Police on the scene are also taking photographs of volunteers (which has been standard at actions here at the RNC for days.)

There’s only one nurse at the jail who ColdSnap reports has had difficulty keeping up with demand for services.
