The "war" in Iraq has dragged on almost as long as the conflict in Vietnam. There is no end to the enormous profits that go to the corporate pushers of "war". Sheer greed and blood money profits are behind all these conflicts. Human suffering is of no concern or interest to those who continue pushing, and profiting from the carnage. Those who speak out against such evil will always be in a minority, throughout history the "spoils" of war have always been irresistible to the majority.
